Kick it to Berlin

Nissan became the main automotive sponsor of the UEFA Champions League in the summer of 2014. So when the finals came around, a special campaign was in order. 
 
We decided to involve the football fans in an interactive and truly new way. Our fanclub became responsible to propel us into the finals. With interactive goals and a custom made web app we collected every meter they've kicked, and added it to the distance a Nissan travelled towards Berlin. 
 
The challenge was annpunced in four CEE countryies and to the day of the finals we reached 81.000 people, collected the distance to the finals in all the countires, and raised the number of test drives by 20%.
